    1. All reservations are non-refundable unless:
    -insufficient enrolment
    -bad weather conditions (i.e. Black Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8).
    2. Drinking, eating and smoking are not allowed in the booked venues.
    3. DO NOT put anything on the piano.
    4. The hirer shall be responsible to meet the cost of repairing any damage caused to the facility.
    5. All injuries to participants or damage to the facility must be reported to the staff immediately.
    6. All rights are reserved by Synchron Limited.
