Terms and Conditions:

1. Validity period will be started from the date of purchasing. (e.g. if you purchased your package on 1st Aug 2022, then the validity period will be 1st Aug 2022 – 1st Sep 2022)
2. Minimum hours for each booking is one hour.
3. Rescheduling should be made by one day before.
4. All reservations are non-refundable unless bad weather conditions (i.e. Black Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8).
5. The booked venues will only be used for practicing and teaching only. For other purposes, please contact us for further details.
6. Drinking, eating and smoking are not allowed in the booked venues. 
7. DO NOT put anything on the piano. 
8. The hirer shall be responsible to meet the cost of repairing any damage caused to the facility. 
9. All injuries to participants or damage to the facility must be reported to the staff immediately.
